Fall Retreat Workshop

Monday, June 29, 2015

We are very excited to announce that our guest instructor for the fall retreat will be Lien O'Neill.

Lien will be leading a two part workshop on Healthy Living.

Lien is a crunchy mama. She was introduced to Sally Fallon’s Nourishing Traditions over ten years ago, and it was love at first scan. She started ordering her pastured meat and organic produce from the local farmer and fertilizing her garden with oily worm poop from her vermicomposter. The crunchy dial was turned way up when her family flipped coasts and moved to the San Francisco Bay area 5.5 years ago. Now it’s raw milk and homemade granola for breakfast after dousing oneself with coconut and essential oils. She endeavors to take a holistic approach to life with clean eating, chemical-free cleaning, preventative and alternative healthcare, staying active, and managing stress—and succeeds some of the time.
After graduating from Yale and writing speeches on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC, Lien retired from gainful employment in order to raise her children and homeschool. She has three energetic moppets: Eve (11), Sebastian (9), and Cecily (4). A bit of a fox, she enjoys playing the guitar, hiking, biking, entertaining, decorating, knitting, praying, reading, eating, drinking, and tackling crosswords and large projects, both of which often end unfinished.

TICKETS FOR THE FALL RETREAT GO ON SALE THIS WEDNESDAY, JULY 1st at 9:00 am EST.
